Our Sushi Boats feature artistic kosher creations: 1.Beverly Truffle Roll: cucumber, kosher surimi, crispy onion, avocado, truffle mayo, teryaki 2. Spicy Salmon & Tuna: avocado, cucumber, topped with salmon or tuna, chives 3. Chef's Nigiri: salmon, seared salmon, tuna, hamachi and toro (upon request) 4. Hossomaki: salmon, tuna, cucumber, avocado, mix Blow torch and Dry ice experience can be added to your experience. All kosher ingredients; Mashgiach available upon request
